Our 2018 event featured two small-group tasting/education workshops (one per session). Each session featured local cheeses with pairings and were led by:

  • Louis Risoli, former Fromager at Boston’s renowned L’Espalier restaurant;
  • Robert Aguilera, former cheese buyer at Formaggio Kitchen and US Account Representative at Fromagex (International cheese making equipment supplier)
  • Beth Falk, cheesemonger and owner of Mill City Cheesemongers in Lowell, MA

Learn how your favorite cheeses are made, meet the people behind the cheese and hear their stories.

In addition to the workshops, there will be cheese rolling on stage, a selfie station with our favorite dairy cow, and tastings at each producer’s table.

Tasting sessions are FREE with your admission. Space is limited, and attendees will be admitted on a first come/first served basis.
